I hereby give irrevocable permission to Dan O'Day to offer analysis, criticism or critique of these materials, in whole or in edited form, in media including but not limited to live seminars or workshops, audio or video recorded seminars or workshops, newsletters, podcasts, books, audiobooks, e-books, webinars, and teleseminars.

I certify that I hold the copyright to the source materials I am providing and that I have authority to offer it to Dan O'Day for educational, critical and/or review purposes.
